Digital Products
All products sold by the home dot are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Why we can’t accept returns
Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical product. This ensures the integrity of the product and protects our intellectual property.
